  1. I don’t remember where the quote came from, but I know I’ve been carrying it around for a long, long, long time. It goes something like this, “Happiness comes from within. No one can may you happy. You can make you happy.”

I can write a book about happiness, Karen. It’s this ethereal state few come to know and many wish they could attain. Ha, maybe one day I will, in fact, write a book about it! 😉

    • This is a great quote, Jack. It certainly does ring a bell.
A book about happiness – authored by Jack Flacco?! Consider it bought. 🙂

    • After publishing this blog post, I read the latest blog posts – and detected yours. How nice that someone else had happiness on the agenda. My current favourite song: “Happy” by Pharell Williams. 🙂
      Happy weekend! 🙂
